How to Locate your Account number:
- Your Account number can be located on the top right-hand side of the relevant documentation.
- If the Invoice number is 9 digits, the account number is 10 digits and begins with 100.
- Your Account Number can be located on left middle side of the relevant documentation.
- If the Invoice number is 7-digits or less, the account number will also be 7 digits
- The account number must be entered in the following format:
- Enter the account number as shown on the document, for example xxxxxxx-0000
- If above format does not return a record, enter the account number as 01xxxxxxx
0000 (add 01 to the account number and remove the hyphen (-).
- Invoices/Account numbers must be entered as a minimum of 7 characters like 0123456 not 123456
- Alpha characters must be entered as CAPITAL letters.
How to Locate your Invoice/Quotation reference:
Your Invoice or Quotation ID can be located on the top right-hand side of the relevant documentation, it is typically 6-12 digits long. The ID will either be a numerical number between 6-10 digits OR a 10-12 character alphanumeric ID.
If your invoice number is 6 digits long,
please enter a leading “0” at the front.
For example:
Invoice number: 123456
Should be entered as: 0123456
How to Locate your Invoice/Quotation Date:
Your Invoice or Quotation Date can be located either on the top right-hand or left middle side of the relevant documentation, it is in MM/DD/YYYY format.
